Job Description:

 This role requires a technical and customer-service oriented individual to service, train, and support customers on Ricoh's business solutions. You will also be responsible for new business development and other tasks as assigned.


Responsibilities:


  • Technical: Configure, install, troubleshoot, network, maintain, and train customers on Ricoh equipment.
  • Customer Service: Build relationships, understand customer needs, and promote Ricoh's offerings.
  • Manage Workload: Manage your time, prioritize tasks, and effectively handle customer calls.
  • Administrative: Complete administrative tasks, maintain records, and track your time and activity.
  • Results: Achieve assigned quotas, participate in sales programs, and perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:


  • High school diploma (desired: experience with computers, electronics, mechanics, basic networking, and printing software)
  • Valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage
  • Meet Ricoh's certification requirements for the specific role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using technology
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to learning
