Job Description:

The Senior Field Representative, Support CIP role entails being a product/services solutions specialist, capable of independent work in addressing business support needs. Responsibilities span technical expertise, customer service, workload management, and administrative tasks.


Responsibilities:


  • Technical: Perform specialist solution services, including configuring, troubleshooting, and training in assigned areas of expertise. Conduct product repair, customer training, and engage in problem-solving to enhance methods.
  • Customer Services: Cultivate professional relationships, understand and promote Ricoh's support functions, and manage customer needs effectively.
  • Manage Workload: Responsible for time and schedule management, execute workload efficiently, and handle calls per current field management requirements.
  • Administrative: Adhere to company policies, complete administrative tasks accurately and on time, and maintain required logs and reports.
  • Results: Achieve expected productivity levels, actively participate in Ricoh Extra Value program opportunities, and fulfill other assigned duties.

Qualifications:


  • Education: High school diploma required; computer, electronics, and basic network/mechanical coursework desired.
  • Experience: Meet requirements in the Technology Services Training Role Inventory and Certification Program as defined by the manager.
  • Skills: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, efficient in handling confidential information, proficient in multitasking, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
  • Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office, computer applications, mobile technology, and associated systems.
