Job Description:

Responsible for providing daily support for assigned RICOH managed devices within the customer's fleet, ensuring print availability and meeting service level agreements (SLAs). Manages supply, service, and asset management services, responds to customer requests, and provides technical support and training, focusing on exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor fleet program performance to maintain standards and achieve SLAs.
  • Interface with RICOH, third-party, and vendor support to prevent and resolve issues.
  • Manage supply procurement, inventory, and distribution for the fleet.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer support requests.
  • Identify and optimize fleet efficiency through device analysis.
  • Monitor service alerts and ensure timely dispatch of service technicians.
  • Coordinate machine moves, removals, and installations.
  • Adhere to IMACD process and manage asset and service contract information.
  • Collect and validate meter readings, maintain device lists, and deliver reports.
  • Advocate for customer needs regarding fleet reporting and support.
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys and provide executive overviews of printing technology trends.
  • Implement national launch programs and provide field training.
  • Complete administrative tasks accurately and promptly.
  • Manage hot swap inventory and support inventory and implementation efforts.
  • Provide training on RICOH equipment usage and manage printer procurement as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior experience in managing large-scale fleet implementations is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of printers, multi-function printers, and multi-function devices.
  • Minimum of 2 years of project/program management experience with a successful customer service track record.
