As an Experience Appliance Installation Associate, you'll be part of our In-House Delivery & Installation Team, contributing to the success of complex projects in various markets.
Responsibilities:
Perform basic appliance installation and show a willingness to learn custom appliance installations.
Handle and install gas and electric household appliances accurately, ensuring they meet manufacturer specifications and function correctly.
Interact expertly and courteously with builders, designers, and on-site customers, providing a high level of customer service.
Attend company-paid installation training seminars and certifications to stay updated on product changes.
Take on driver duties and responsibilities for delivery.
Adhere to safety rules and procedures, maintaining a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8-9 hour shifts with potential for overtime
Pay: Starting at $25.00 per hour, with potential for increase based on experience.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in Appliance Delivery and Installation Service preferred but not required.
Ability to lift 50+ pound objects with the assistance of lifting equipment.
Customer service skills and the ability to provide "white glove service" to customers.
Valid state-issued license required.
Minimum age requirement: 21 years.
Mechanical skills and a willingness to learn, with preference for plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and procedure manuals.
