Job Description:

 Ferguson is seeking Installation Associates to deliver, install, and remove appliances in commercial and residential settings, ensuring accurate and damage-free installations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic and custom appliance installations, with training provided.
• Handle and install gas and electric household appliances accurately, following manufacturer specifications.
• Use hand tools regularly and ensure appliances are fully functioning.
• Interact courteously with customers, builders, and designers.
• Attend company-paid training seminars to stay updated on product changes.
• Fulfill driver duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Preferred: 1+ years of experience in Appliance Delivery & Installation Service; plumbing or electrical knowledge.
• Required: Valid state-issued license; minimum age of 21.
• Ability to lift 70+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally with lifting equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and commitment to providing "white glove service."
• Mechanical skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
