Client Data Analyst at Independence Blue Cross LLC in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

The Client Data Analyst:

·        Gathers customer-specific pharmacy data from various sources and compiles the data into client-ready deliverables under strict time constraints. 

·        Compiles and reviews data for the purpose of demonstrating value to clients, ensuring a high level of accuracy in the final work product. 

·        Makes recommendations to management on how to best structure client-facing reports, as well as how to optimize the process around generating them. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

·        Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

·        Minimum 3-5 years related experience in programming or data analysis. Previous health care experience preferred.

·        Experience with Pharmacy data preferred.

·        Strong analytical and math skills required along with high attention to detail, and the ability to understand large data sets and how to make them digestible. 

·        Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft office suite of products (Access, Word and Excel), underwriting technology and support systems.

·        Proficiency with SQL query design, specific Business Intelligence tools, and analytical applications needed.

Independence has implemented a “Hybrid” model which consists of Associates working in the office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) and remotely 2 days a week (Monday & Friday). This role is designated as a role that fits into the “Hybrid” model. While associates may work remotely on our designated remote days, the work must be performed in the Tri-State Area of Delaware, New Jersey or Pennsylvania
