Job Description:

The Sr. Automation Support Technical Analyst will support a project team that will modernize and automate targeted activities and develop frameworks with processes, tools, and standards. They will provide training documentation (Adobe, Word, PowerPoint) to describe product capabilities to Communities of Practice.

Position Responsibilities:
Lead the gathering of information and data and converting it into written narrative and presentations to share to technical and business customers in a Community of Practice (CoP)Experience editing narrative and presentation products (Adobe, Word, PowerPoint) for content and structure, modifying language to enhance clarity, and identifying and correcting errors in grammar and formattingMust have experience meeting with stakeholders to gather information and managing the document review cycle to efficiently compile inputs/corrections, resolve incompatible comments and provide final, publishable documentation.The ability to complete tasks independently and work as part of a team under the direction of a Project ManagerEnsure high-quality products that fulfill all VA requirementsIdentify instructional goals, analyze the target audience, and select the delivery mechanismConduct dry-runs, rehearsals, and technical reviews of presentations prior to delivery to CoPs.Implement standards in documentation and materials to achieve a consistent look and feel in the materials provided to end user consumers
