Job Description:

Flagger Force, an industry leader in traffic control, is currently hiring an Acquisition Project Coordinator. This position is onsite (not hybrid) and based out of our Hummelstown, PA, office.

The Acquisition Project Coordinator will work within the strategy and communications department and will ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of various company projects related to merger and acquisition, communication, and strategic corporate initiatives. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward, maintain timelines, and uphold quality standards. They will also present progress reports and team feedback to key organizational stakeholders. This role will work closely with senior leadership on key corporate objective backlogs and merger and acquisition integration workstreams.

To be successful in this role, a candidate must enjoy keeping track of details, planning work, and staying on top of project workstreams through clear and friendly communication and positive people skills, as well as collaborating with front-line staff and executive leadership with professionalism and poise.

This position will be part of a highly respected, close-knit team of eight in a fast-paced environment where the body of work and results are clearly visible to the company. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Develop or modify project plans and track their progress via Microsoft Projects.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and team members to define and document project scope, objectives, integration, processes, best practices, efficiencies and deliverables.
Clearly communicate project goals to other team members and executive leaders.
Create reports for our management team and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Assist with external partner management and ensure work is completed on time to a high-quality standard for the project.
Schedule kickoff, concept, status, and other requested meetings.
Develop timelines, monitor project management system schedules, and update project statuses.
Liaison between appropriate team functions to ensure that projects are kept on schedule and that project statuses are updated and communicated to project team members regularly.
Responsible for final dissemination of assets as needed.
Collaborates with Design team on project specifications, final distribution and asset management.
Proofread to ensure all edits and comments are addressed and completed correctly on designed material.
Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.


OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:

Support brand project initiatives through team project platform ClickUp.
Monitor team task completion and documentation.
Coordinate resources (internally and externally) to support team objectives.
Evaluate processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
