Job Summary:

Responsible for ensuring software integrations and changes meet functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications. With minimal or non-direct supervision, works with stakeholders to translate business needs and issues into actionable requirements/designs. Applies business process knowledge and strong analytical and problem-solving skills to maximize the use of business systems. The Business Systems Analysis Lead is responsible for the change management and CSV validation processes and/or support with the AMO IT team. They impact the achievement of operational goals by ensuring that any new core application change or new systems introduction into the organization meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications. This individual may be managing a team of business systems analysts with proven analytical and problem-solving skills to maximize the benefit of IT investments and initiatives.
