Responsible for wrapping units with insulation material, fitting, adjusting, installing, or fastening unit components, and performing housekeeping duties. They must adhere to safety rules and follow instructions diligently.
Responsibilities:
Wrap units with insulation material, including cutting and measuring material for placement.
Fit, adjust, install, or fasten unit components.
Perform housekeeping duties and other assigned tasks.
Participate actively in Continuous Improvement Teams.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of hand tools and ability to read a measuring tape.
Good hand dexterity required for fitting and assembling products.
Basic math skills typically acquired through high school education.
Ability to maintain a clean and safe work area.
Depending on the type of Assembler, qualification in either insulation or PSI testing process is required.
