Job Description:

 Ferguson, North America's leading value-added distributor, is seeking motivated individuals to join their Sales Support Program. This program offers opportunities for professional and personal growth within one of the nation's largest wholesale distribution organizations. The Sales Support Representatives will assist the residential builder customer group by providing behind-the-scenes sales support, addressing customer inquiries, recommending products, presenting job quotes, and ensuring outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Support the residential builder customer group.
• Assist in various sales functions including answering sales calls, resolving customer concerns, and recommending products.
• Provide hands-on assistance as needed, including helping customers at the parts counter and providing backup support in the warehouse.
• Present job quotes and provide accurate pricing and inventory information.
• Utilize CRM system and phone system effectively.
• Collaborate with Sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service.

Pay Range

$18.71 - $29.92

Qualifications:

• 0-3 years sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Lighting, appliance, and/or plumbing sales experience is advantageous.
• Desire to learn and succeed with a passion for collaboration.
• Ability to build strong relationships and make timely decisions.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
