Job Description:

Ferguson, North America’s leading value-added distributor, is seeking motivated individuals for its Sales Support Program. This role involves supporting the HVAC customer group, answering sales inquiries, resolving customer concerns, providing product recommendations, presenting job quotes, and ensuring outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Support the HVAC customer group
• Answer sales calls, address customer concerns, and recommend products
• Provide hands-on assistance at the parts counter and in the warehouse
• Present job quotes and provide accurate pricing and inventory information
• Utilize CRM system and phone system effectively
• Collaborate with Sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service

Pay Range

$18.71 - $29.92

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred
• HVAC knowledge is advantageous
• Strong desire to learn and succeed
• Ability to collaborate and assist customers effectively
• Quick decision-making and strong communication skills
• General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office proficiency
