Job Description:

 Ferguson, North America’s leading distributor, seeks Sales Support Representatives to join their Sales Support Program in Blaine, MN. This role involves assisting waterworks customers, handling sales inquiries, providing pricing and inventory information, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Support waterworks customer group
• Handle sales inquiries and resolve customer concerns
• Assist customers at the parts counter and in the warehouse
• Present job quotes and provide accurate pricing and inventory information
• Utilize CRM system and phone effectively
• Collaborate with Sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service

Pay Range:

$20.57 - $32.91

Qualifications:

• 0-3 years sales and/or customer service experience preferred
• Construction/utility experience advantageous
• Desire to learn and succeed
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to build lasting relationships and make timely decisions
• General digital literacy (Microsoft Office)
