Job Description:

The role involves assisting residential trade customers, addressing inquiries, recommending products, and providing backup support. This position offers a structured 8-week training program and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Support residential trade customers
• Address sales calls and resolve inquiries
• Assist customers at the parts counter and in the warehouse
• Provide job quotes and accurate pricing
• Utilize CRM system effectively
• Collaborate with sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service

Pay Range

$18.71 - $29.92

Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred
• Desire to learn and succeed
• Passion for collaboration and customer assistance
• Ability to build lasting relationships and make timely decisions
• General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
