Job Description:

Ferguson, North America’s leading value-added distributor, is seeking motivated individuals to join their Sales Support Program. This program offers the opportunity to kickstart a sales career within one of the nation’s largest wholesale distribution organizations. The Sales Support Representatives will assist the waterworks customer group, handling various sales functions, providing customer service, and supporting sales associates.

Responsibilities:

• Support the waterworks customer group by addressing sales calls, resolving customer concerns, and recommending products and solutions.
• Provide hands-on assistance at the parts counter and backup support in the warehouse when needed.
• Present job quotes, provide accurate pricing and inventory information to customers.
• Utilize CRM system and phone system effectively.
• Collaborate with Sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service.

Pay Range

$18.71 - $29.92

Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Desire to learn, succeed, and collaborate.
• Ability to build lasting relationships while meeting business and customer needs.
• Quick response to customer needs and timely decision-making.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual skills are a plus.
