HVAC Sales Support Representative at ManpowerGroup in Jackson, Mississippi

Job Description:

Ferguson, North America’s leading value-added distributor, is seeking motivated individuals to join their Sales Support Program. The Sales Support Representative will work at the Jackson, MS location, supporting the HVAC customer group, handling sales calls, resolving customer concerns, providing assistance at the parts counter and in the warehouse, presenting job quotes, and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Support the HVAC customer group.
• Handle sales calls, address customer concerns, and recommend products.
• Provide hands-on assistance at the parts counter and in the warehouse.
• Present job quotes and provide accurate pricing and inventory information.
• Utilize CRM system and phone effectively.
• Collaborate with Sales associates to provide outstanding customer service.

Pay Range:

$17.77 - $28.42

Qualifications:

• 0-3 years sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• HVAC experience or knowledge is advantageous.
• Desire to learn with a drive to succeed.
• Passion for collaboration and assisting customers.
• Ability to build lasting relationships and make timely decisions.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
