Ferguson, North America’s leading value-added distributor, is seeking motivated Sales Support Representatives for its HVAC customer group. The role involves assisting with sales functions, providing customer service, and collaborating with the sales team.
Responsibilities:
Support the HVAC customer group by addressing sales calls, resolving customer concerns, and recommending products.
Provide hands-on assistance, including helping customers at the parts counter and supporting in the warehouse.
Present job quotes, offer accurate pricing and inventory information, and utilize CRM systems effectively.
Collaborate with Sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
Pay Range
$17.77 - $28.42
Qualifications:
0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
HVAC experience or knowledge is advantageous.
Demonstrated desire to learn, collaborate, and succeed.
Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general digital literacy.
