Job Description:

Ferguson, North America’s leading value-added distributor, is seeking an associate to join their sales team as a Technical Sales Support Representative. This role involves providing technical assistance and guidance for HVAC, plumbing, and mechanic products, supporting the outside sales team, and managing relationships with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

• Support the outside sales team
• Manage relationships with Internal and External customers
• Deliver outstanding customer service while providing technical assistance and guidance
• Interact and develop relationships with key vendors to support sales
• Work with the outside sales team to support quotations
• Establish trust within the district through solid relationships
• Continually learn and train with products
• Provide hands-on assistance on an as-needed basis, including helping customers at the parts counter and providing backup support in the warehouse.

Pay Range

$18.71 - $29.92

Qualifications:

• 3 years of technical sales experience preferred
• HVAC and/or plumbing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
• High level of integrity in problem-solving
• Ability to organize and prioritize work
• Proficiency in operating computers, tablets, and mobile devices
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
