We seek a Salesforce Success Specialist to join our Enterprise Engagement Platform (EEP) Strategy & Operations team as part of the Office of the Chief Marketing Officer (OCMO). The EEP Strategy & Operations team is an enterprise-level shared services group responsible for implementing Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud solutions to each subsidiary of the Western & Southern Financial Group and supporting these users once they are live on the platform. What would I do?
As a Salesforce Success Specialist, you will provide first level support to all end users of the Salesforce platforms through phone, email, chat, and in-person demonstrations. This role manages user feedback, provides regular status updates on reported issues, directly partners with IT on in-progress defects, and coordinates all platform outage communications. You will collaborate closely with training partners to review educational materials and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to co-facilitate trainings, as necessary. This role is uniquely positioned to advocate for functionality on behalf of the business as a trusted partner and expert, serving as the liaison between Salesforce users and the Scrum team.
The Salesforce Success Specialist role is an excellent opportunity to provide superior customer service to business users at all levels of the enterprise. This role is not a typical call center position because your day will be spent regularly interfacing with Salesforce users through in-person group training sessions, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and facilitating monthly presentations on functionality in addition to handling inbound calls and emails. The individual in this role will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and an ongoing thirst to learn more about the platform you support daily.
