Pinnacle Partners is assisting an organization on the NE side of Indianapolis with a temporary need for a Benefits Specialist. This project offers the flexibility of working part time or full time hours, but would need to be work in office. They anticipate the project to take 6 to 8 weeks.
The position will focus on back end, clean up work in their HRIS system relating to how their benefits communicate with their benefit carriers.
We are looking for candidates with senior level experience in the area of benefits, strong systems skills and a heavy preference for experience in UKG.
We are open to discussing compensation needs on an individual basis.
