Basic Job Functions:
Evaluates all accounts payable balances and solves payment discrepancies
Review A/R aging and resolve past due transactions
Oversee cash application process for accuracy and timeliness
Completes intercompany billing and reconciliations
Collaborates with various internal departments to ensure accuracy of customer billing
Assists with month end close as needed
Prepare journal entries for any items requiring posting to the general ledger
Provides assistance and support for all accounting functions within the company as necessary
Special projects as necessary

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum two years of experience in a business environment
Ability to adapt to changes in work priorities
Excellent communication skills
Microsoft Word and Excel experience required
Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and profitability
Proven communication skills both verbal and written, organization and planning skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in a business discipline or 4 years related work experience. Accounting or finance preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interface effectively with internal and external customers
Oracle and or D365 experience is a plus
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to a variety of tasks, and perform work with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to efficiently manage workloads and recognize priorities
Strong organizational skills
