The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operations of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members. They will be covering the Albuquerque branch for the company. The candidate will have full responsibility of the Service and Modernization business including P&L, sales and field operations, customer satisfaction, and overall general business management along with fostering a team environment.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, and direction to a team of people
Grow the profitability of the branch operation
Meet or exceed all financial performance targets including profit and net working capital
Manage operations and finances of business
Recruit and train new hires on business practices
Drive development of employees
Manage all field activities for the most cost-effective results
Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of leadership and sales experience
Ability to lead a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Must be self motivated with the ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects and responsibilities
Comfortability within a technical environment
Demonstrated experience managing and driving change
Travel approximately 10%
Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting
Ability to prioritize and make sound business decisions
