Our client, a premiere investment bank is seeking a junior team member to join its Business Management team in a data management/entry and administrative role. The position is an ideal opportunity to gain valuable insight into investment banking operations through detailed involvement with the firm's transactions.
Responsibilities will include:
Maintenance of the firm's client management database
Reviewing and processing transaction related data updates
Data entry and report generation
Provide data updates and projects as required
Take meeting minutes and update deal records as necessary
Experience required:
College degree with 1-2 years of relevant work experience
High level of interest in Investment Banking business
Fast learner with high attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast paced, deadline driven environment
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word required.
