Position Overview:
As a Sales BDC Agent at Gary Crossley Ford, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by engaging with potential customers, nurturing leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, representing our dealership with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Qualify leads and gather necessary information to facilitate the sales process Schedule appointments for customers to visit our dealership and meet with our sales team Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update our CRM system accordingly
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with computers and familiarity with CRM software a plus
