Position Overview:
The Project Manager ensures all aspects of the Windowrama window and door installation program are carried out efficiently, and effectively, and fits the strategies of the company's policies, procedures, and goals. The provider's the consumer with superior customer service while delivering high-quality professionally installed products
Essential Job Functions:
Re-enforce FSC training on pricing, workbook procedures, products, & sales technique
Manage and provide guidance to the installation crews and ensure that products are installed to both company and industry standards
Ensure field technician review (FTR) has been completed prior to the start of the job
Confirm contract expectations including products with a customer prior to job start.
Coordinate with installation scheduling department to ensure timely installation of ready product
Work directly with the Director of Install Operations to ensure goals are prioritized and met
Perform routine job site inspections
Ensure contractors are maintaining a safe working environment in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ensure all required safety training is completed
Follow up with customers to be sure any open concerns are addressed in a timely manner, resolve any potential or existing customer service issues
Ensure business is conducted to the highest ethical standards
Perform final walkthrough of completed work with the customer, complete any open items, obtain signed project completion form, and collect the final balance
Submit to the Director of Install Operations an approval request for final payment to subcontractors
Assist accounting department with collecting outstanding balances
May be assigned to support and mentor a FIS (Field Installation Supervisor) that is assigned in an area, within the same region. Responsible for maintaining installer capacity in the given FIS area

Required Education and Experience:
Proficient knowledge of installation/service methods for window and door projects.
OSHA, EPA, Installation Masters training, and/or additional related certifications helpful
Proven leadership skills and ability to train others, with the desire to see that every job is completed correctly with attention to detail and a customer service orientation.
Excellent verbal, written, communication skills, and customer service skills
Ability to ensure each job is completed in compliance with written safety policies
