JOB DESCRIPTION

Resideo is seeking a Category Marketing Manager to oversee our App and Digital Execution. The ideal candidate has a strong background in developing marketing campaigns and managing/implementing campaigns with digital marketing agencies, has outstanding project management skills and showcases the ability to work cross functionally within an organization.

Job Duties

• Develop and implement the marketing campaigns and tactics as it relates to the app and products it supports to drive downloads, user acquisition, engagement, and awareness.
• Collaborate with the Product team to understand the app features, products, and optimizations to drive the app strategy and ensure all assets are updated and communicated to cross functional teams.
• Act as the main point of contact for our digital marketing agencies and support the team in day-to-day communication, ensuring flawless execution of deliverables for new launches and campaigns.
• Work with cross functional teams to understand marketing needs and strategy/goal and then execute with our digital marketing agencies.
• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns and tactics as it relates to Digital, SEO and SEM. This includes strategy work, key audience targeting and budget allocation.
• Work cross functionally with Performance Marketing to develop KPIs and optimizations, ensure maximum ROI and final reporting.
• Manages social media paid strategy across all category marketing teams, ensure targeting and budget is optimized across posts and channels.
• Advocate and support a best-in-class brand experience across all marketing touchpoints.
• Stays up to date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies for marketing campaigns and digital strategy to drive innovation and efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree required: Business, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing with a focus on marketing communication and digital strategies and prior app experience.
• Exceptional knowledge of digital marketing best practices, working with agencies and the ability plan, execute and optimize campaigns.
• Strong project managements skills with the ability to prioritize tasks/projects, meet deadlines and manage budgets effectively.

• Efficient, results oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure all timelines are met.
• A self-starter that is comfortable working cross functionally
• Experience working in a deadline-oriented environment with a high attention to quality.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
