Our client, a leader in technological infrastructure and connectivity solutions, is seeking a seasoned Senior SAP Materials Management Analyst. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between IT capabilities and business needs, ensuring that ERP systems are perfectly aligned with strategic objectives. Role Overview:

The Senior SAP Materials Management Analyst will act as a vital link between the business stakeholders and IT teams, involved throughout the project lifecycle from initial requirements gathering to post-go-live support. This position requires a deep understanding of ERP systems, particularly SAP, and the ability to translate business needs into effective technological solutions.

  • Location: Secaucus, NJ
  • Compensation: $90,000/yr - $110,000/yr

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business process owners to tailor ERP system configurations and developments to business requirements.
  • Lead the gathering, documentation, and validation of business requirements from functional teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP development teams, guiding configuration, development, and quality assurance efforts.
  • Participate in all testing phases, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the robustness and effectiveness of system configurations and developments.
  • Support system developers through the development phase, ensuring that functional and technical designs are cohesive.
  • Provide critical post-go-live support, helping business users adapt to new system functionalities and enhancements.

What You'll Bring:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited college; a Master's degree is strongly preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, ERP systems, and materials management, with a comprehensive understanding of the full ERP implementation lifecycle.
  • Experience in an ERP environment, with direct experience in SAP highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated commitment to job ownership and a track record of dependable performance.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a creative and innovative approach to tackling complex challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively presenting ideas and information in both written and verbal formats.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize workloads based on organizational needs.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and report generation, with advanced skills in Excel and Tableau preferred.
