About the Job
We've recently wrapped up our initial MVP, we have paying customers, and now we're looking to fully build out our systems.
We're looking for a Product Manager who can appreciate the massive opportunity that a technology-driven solution can bring to the supply chain industry. You should be someone who can become an expert in the field of logistics to help identify where we can make the biggest impact and solve problems our customers have.
Rygen uses the Shape Up methodology of product development.
Your Responsibilities
Developing a deep understanding of our users through whatever means possible such as user interviews, data, analytics, surveys, and market research
Working with leadership to form product focuses and actionable plans, and facilitating the execution of these plans
Creating "pitches" or PRDs that synthesize your vision for the products into consumable features that can be designed and developed
Ownership of progress towards internal and external deadlines and milestones
Scheduling and leading client and internal meetings, and devising agendas for each of these meetings
Frequent check-ins with staff to track progress and head off problems with progress, productivity, etc
Collaborating with designers and developers to ensure the product vision is executed effectively
Help write acceptance criteria in Gherkin syntax as part of PRDs
Your Experience:
3+ years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise software product development
Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and experience working in an agile environment
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
The ability to communicate ideas through written word, illustrations, and diagrams
Experience within the supply chain industry is a plus
Experience with BDD is a plus
