Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Appointment Scheduler at Calamaras Group at Northwestern Mutual in Sarasota, FL. The Appointment Scheduler will be responsible for daily tasks including scheduling appointments, maintaining phone etiquette, providing exceptional customer service, effective communication, and assisting with sales activities.
