Our client, a consumer products industry leader, is adding an Entry-Level Recent Graduate Bachelors Degreed Accountant in their Accounts Payable Department. This is a Temp-to-Hire Opportunity. This is also Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities:
  • Data entry and processing of accounts payable transactions (Purchase Order and Non-Purchase Order)
  • Monitor inbox to service vendors and internal customers and inquiries
  • Assist with Vendor setup process
  • Monitoring manual mail for scanning
  • Respond to payment inquiries
  • Handle the processing of time-sensitive invoices.
  • Reconcile/research AP vendor statements and provide detailed responses to internal and external business users.
  • Assists as needed with special projects

Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Accuracy & Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to prioritize and manage high volume and multi-task
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Someone whom Takes initiative
  • Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion
  • Ability to be in the office 3 days per week.
