A Day in the Life

In this exciting role as a Capital & Contract Support Manager, you will be responsible for an inside field support team with primary responsibility to drive capital and service revenue for ENT. This role reports to the Director of Contracting and Pricing for ENT and directs the work of a team of 6 individual contributors. This is a remote role with a team that works remotely. However, engagement is expected to be very high with the sales field and field leaders. As a leader of this team, you will be expected to focus on continued process improvement, relationship building, increasing revenue opportunities, mentoring, and coaching new reps on the sales process. This is an exciting role with an opportunity to make a difference to ENT's bottom line.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:


  • Responsible for collaborating with the regional directors to develop and execute capital and service strategies.
  • Provide the sales organization with the information, content, expertise, and tools to help salespeople sell more effectively.
  • Optimizes customer interactions to build pipelines, relationships, and opportunities, and improve communications.
  • Requires knowledge and proficiencies in buyer behavior and go to market process to create continuous training opportunities through various methods.
  • Create and deliver content, information, and tools to prepare sellers to deliver on company business goals including building client relationships, identifying client need, how company products and services can meet client need and capturing opportunities within their accounts.
  • Uses sales metrics to identify and quantify effective sales strategies.
  • Continually evaluates and deploys new and improved deployment methods.
  • Interacts and works closely with other departments, such as but not limited to Sales, Marketing, & Global Comms & Corp Marketing to ensure adequate support to the sales and marketing functions.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or
  • Advanced Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant and leadership experience

Nice to Have

  • Successful medical sales record, preferably with ENT products
  • Documented success in leading and motivating a team with quotas
  • Experience with sales and personnel management functions
  • Knowledge of ENT assigned product/therapy customer base
  • Additional experience in marketing, training, technical services or related areas

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
