Essential Duties & Responsibilities:



- Review AP batches to ensure timely payments for specific properties.


- Monitor cash balances and reconcile accounts monthly.


- Prepare financial reporting packages for property evaluation.


- Assist in pre-close and close activities to ensure on-time reporting.


- Conduct bank reconciliations and generate monthly financial reports.


- Coordinate with supervisors to resolve issues promptly.


- Provide ad-hoc support to the Accounting team.



Qualifications:




Education and/or Experience:



- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience.


- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP).


- Proficiency in Word and Excel (intermediate to advanced).



Preferred Experience:



- Property management and nonprofit accounting experience preferred.


- Yardi experience highly desirable.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


- Flexible, creative, and well-organized.


- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.


- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise diplomacy.


- Experience working with diverse groups.



Salary: $70-$80k yearly
