Our client, a San Diego-based automotive manufacturing organization, is seeking a talented IT Systems Support Specialist to add to their team. This position operates onsite in San Marcos, CA.
Responsibilities:
Provide computer, telecom, and technical support for Business Operations. Assists end-users with computer, network, hardware, and software needs
Provide telecom support to ensure system functionality and reliability
Provide onsite support for computer infrastructure equipment and security access to and within building
Triage, troubleshoot, repair, and resolve end-user and systems technical issues
Work with technical resources to provide quality service to all customers within SLA
Perform daily systems monitoring ensuring maximum uptime
Contribute to efficient process using iterative Agile methodology to complete tasks on time
Support the overall business and technical strategy that maintains technical security compliance
Computer Support includes system user setup (SSO / AD / Email / Applications), desktop / server setup, patching, backup maintenance activities
Telecom Support includes basic LAN/WAN and TCP/IP troubleshooting, telephony systems, wireless access, printers, security systems maintenance activities
Required Qualifications:
IT Degree / Certification in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Experience with Process Maturity across IT operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills while handling multiple tasks
Strong adherence to Agile / Lean project / product methodologies
