Bridget Killen at Robert Half is looking for a Finance Manager for a manufacturing organization in Harrisburg, Oregon, United States. This role has the flexibility of three-day weekends! The work schedule is four ten-hour shifts Monday - Thursday.
In this key role, you'll be a strategic and forward-thinking leader, driving strong business results in partnership with other management team members. You will oversee financial administration and planning, risk management, and strategic planning in our organization, contributing to both short and long-term growth.
Responsibilities: • Serve as an executive leader, demonstrating a passion for driving strong business results. • Direct and oversee the company's financial administration and planning, including financial policy development and implementation, risk management, and insurance programs. • Contribute to the company's short and long-range planning, identifying areas of possible growth, expansion, and new profit opportunities. • Manage the functional areas of financial reporting and control, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax exemption, stakeholder relations, and audit management information. • Oversee preparation of profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and capital budgets. • Coordinate annual report preparation and issuance. • Coach and mentor employees, understand diverse perspectives, and provide high-level strategic leadership. • Ensure sound financial management and proper financial controls are in place; oversee the annual financial audit. • Establish a financial strategic vision, objectives, policies, and procedures in support of the overall strategic plan. • Implement necessary changes to the organization's financial systems to enhance and improve processes, policies, and procedures aiming towards real-time reporting, growth, and automation. • Utilize SAP Software as necessary • Be willing to travel when required.
