QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience managing people (up to 2 individuals)
Ability to understand and troubleshoot lithium-ion cell testing issues at the component level
Knowledge of data acquisition systems
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the development of relevant cell designs, sub-assemblies, and testing methods
needed for proof-of-concept testing of polymer electrolyte
Set up test fixtures and testing areas per project needs
Support root cause investigations and failure mode analysis to drive design and process
changes to improve cell technology
You will need to be based in the USA to be considered for this position, have US citizenship, green card holder, or H1B transfer.
