Responsibilities
Build a sales team of 2-3 reps. Develop, Manage and motivate
Train, Motivate &Develop Commercial Sales Representatives in all aspects of moving business.
Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospective leads with primary focus on building client relationships while improving current clientele base.
Collaborate with management team to improve marketing materials and website.
Expand company's marketing presence in Long Island & New York City (5-boroughs).
Attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and potential clients.
Focus on industry trends to identify potential opportunities for exponential growth.
Schedule appointments through cold calling and networking prospects weekly.
Communicate weekly with Executive management about existing accounts and potential growth.
Communicate monthly with Executive management about customer-client storage cycle billing.
Quoting prices, recording work orders, and coordinating deliveries or projects.
Set and Track S.M.A.R.T. goals that target and align with company objectives.
Identify KPI's to improve Sales Representative's close ratio, sales revenue, and GPM.
Generate 'KPM Sales Reports' each week to review and submit to Executive management.
