Dexian is seeking a Escalations Representative 2 - Bilingual Spanish for an opportunity with a client located in Urbandale, IA.
Responsibilities:
Support Escalations
Proactively seek ways to improve processes
Perform moderately complex transactional or customer support tasks
Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions
Interact with client personnel on a range of information
Requirements:
2+ years of Customer Service, Financial Services, Underwriting, or Quality Assurance support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
Escalations Bilingual
Must Have 2 years financial experience customer service experience

Escalations Bilingual Accepting 3 bilingual Spanish Location: 800 S Jordan Creek Parkway, West Des Moines, IA Assignment: 12 month contract with option to convert to FTE Training Schedule: 8 - 4:30 M-F Hybrid after training - 1 week in office, 1 week from home Interview: 30 min on site interview

Pay rate: $23/hr Start Date: May 6th
