SUMMARY:
More experienced supervision and leadership position, generally for non-engineers & non-project management employees. Provides management and technical direction to teams for the purpose of delivering safe, cost- effective, and quality design services. Personnel responsibilities include such efforts as mentoring, training, performance appraisals, compensation reviews, time entry reviews, employee recruiting, succession planning and adherence to standards of conduct. May support more senior management in local discussions between Pike Engineering and the client at the local, operational level. In this role, the incumbent will represent the best interest of Pike Engineering by communicating with the client, with the employees, and with Pike Engineering management on pertinent issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is subject to supervision of progress and results. Among the incumbent’s major responsibilities are

RELATIONSHIP OUTSIDE WORK GROUP:
Exchange of information, which occasionally requires tact and/or diplomacy.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervision of exempt and/or non-exempt employees will be given.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Graduate with at least a two-year degree in an Engineering Technology or related field and/or a minimum of 4-7 years of related distribution experience.
