Pay: $60-$75/hr
Description: As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing customer experience through innovative cloud solutions in Azure. You'll be joining the operational analytics and insights team and play a pivotal role in enhancing the capabilities of call center agents through cutting-edge AI and machine learning technologies. You'll empower agents to; expedite issue resolution, upsell new services, and increase customer retention rates.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of cloud solutions that enable call center agents to leverage AI and machine learning technologies effectively.
Collaborate with technical teams to define operational procedures and practices, ensuring seamless integration of cloud solutions into existing workflows.
Define KPI's and establish monitoring procedures to track system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Identify risks and pain points throughout the project lifecycle, implementing mitigation measures to ensure project success.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by contributing to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and mentoring team members.
Skills and Knowledge:
Proficiency with Azure Event Hubs or Kafka
Terraform
DataBricks
In-depth understanding of enterprise cloud solutions and their application in enhancing call center operations.
Proficiency in Internet technologies and protocols such as TCP/IP, VPN, SSL, and HTTP.
Hands-on experience with public and private cloud services and networking devices
Strong background in designing high availability and disaster recovery infrastructures.
Experience with database or application integration technology, facilitating seamless data exchange between systems.
Familiarity with Linux fundamentals and open-source architectures.
Proven track record in designing, developing, and operating highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems.
Knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies and experience working in agile environments.
Professional Cloud Solutions Architect (PCSA) Certification preferred.
2-5 years of relevant experience in cloud architecture and solutions design.
