Salary:$135,000 base salary range, vehicle allowance, gas reimbursement & bonus
About the job: A mid-sized self performing blue-collar GC with a stellar reputation is in search of a high caliber Sr. PM to lead complex projects locally as well as train and mentor young up and coming Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.
They have strong relationships in multiple sectors of the industry and a full pipeline, giving them the ability to keep their people in their own bed every night!
Must haves:
At least 10 years experience in commercial construction
Experience running new construction projects in any sector
Willingness to train & mentor
Servant leader mentality
Nice to have:
Self performing experience is a plus!
K-12, Warehousing, Higher-ed project background
