LandrumHR is a leading HR service provider helping employers solve human capital challenges in areas such as staffing & recruiting, payroll, benefits, risk management, and consulting on talent strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning and analytics.

As LandrumHR continues to grow organically and through acquisitions, the Site Performance Leader is an integral part of our Workforce Management Team. The responsibility of this role is to develop a strong customer relationship with one of our largest clients. Focal points of this role are to grow employee retention and engagement, by building upon the current culture of safety, quality and worker productivity established by our client, while driving labor cost per unit down by meeting key performance indicators. All strategies implemented should be to ensure a continued successful partnership and renewal of our Master Services Agreement.

WHAT DOES THE SITE PERFORMANCE LEADER DO?
• Oversee and lead the on-site team to ensure client expectations and LandrumHR's goals are achieved.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive value to our client through process improvements, cost savings, and employee engagement.
• Evaluate and oversee all day-to-day LHR Team functions and attend appropriate production, safety and strategy meetings to ensure Landrum and client are aligned.
• Ensure all current practices are positioned to drive results in line with the Scorecard metrics established with our client.
• Prepare and present Monthly Scorecard/Business Reviews to all stakeholders.
• Track and analyze LandrumHR's metrics to drive decision-making around future labor needs and/or programs.
• Plan and execute onsite projects with minimal direction
• Engage with and promote retention of our hourly workers.
• Build positive relationships with all client stakeholders incorporating regular touchpoints to keep a pulse with each.
• Engage with our site leadership team through Tier Boards and daily performance reviews by area. Create development or improvement plans as required.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in related field required
• Project Management experience (PMP certified preferred)
• Experience leading or directing a team with a large organization
• Ability to influence others from line-level employees to executives through effective communication
• Demonstrated track record of success in leading initiatives that drive new approaches around productivity, safety and employee retention and engagement
• Possess attributes of self-motivation, solution-focused, self-direction, strong decision-making, detail orientation, thrives in fast-pace and collaborative environments, acts with a sense of urgency, will always do the right thing
