Southeast Gas has an immediate opening for an Accounting Manager at its Andalusia Office.
Responsibilities for the job include:
Supervises the operational accounting with responsibility of assuring the quality of work performed by the accounting department personnel under the direction of this position.
Administers internal audit program.
Provides advisory services to top management.
Maintains and monitors natural gas costs, purchases, and related transactions.
Requirements for the job include:
Minimum of five years of accounting experience
B.S. degree in accounting or related field
Certified Public Accountant certification is desirable with prior experience in the area of utility accounting
Possession of a valid Alabama Driver's License.
Residence within Andalusia area.
