Industry Principal - Analytics Consulting at Infosys Limited in Bellevue, Washington

Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a Industry Principal-Analytics Technology with strong background in designing and building machine learning models / algorithms to implement predictive & prescriptive analytical solutions in Insurance and Healthcare domains using SaaS platform and GPT capabilities. The ideal candidate Knows basic principles of industry lexicon, competitor landscape, sub-verticals and related best practices in order to provide suggestions for specific functional processes. Candidate has basic understanding of industry standards to document current customer compliance and gaps. To perform this position successfully, candidate must have the ability to look at data from multiple sources and integrate data/inputs in a manner to build cause effect linkages to arrive at key issues. You will be using understanding of the problem to arrive at multiple solution alternatives keeping in mind the various stakeholders and assess the pros and cons of all the alternatives to arrive at the optimal solution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.


• The project location is Bellevue, Washington. Candidate must live within commuting distance to Belleview Washington location, or be willing to relocate.


• This position may require relocation and / or travel to project locations. The candidate will be required to work in EST business hours. This position may require travel within US and Canada.


• At least 13 years of Information Technology experience


• U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply


• 10+ years of experience in creating models for a business problem and translate this into a technical solution using Python / SaaS or any analytical platform


• 10+ years of experience in implementation and deployment of analytics solutions at client architecture


• Executed at least one project using Gen Al data strategy framework


• Proven work experience performing build vs buy analysis (marketing, development, go-to-market etc.)


• Ability to suggest Analytics algorithms to use based on business situation mindful of fundamental assumptions in the algorithms


• Proven experience working with other data scientists as a team to understand algorithms suggested and provide QA in algorithm choice from a business perspective

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to multitask, handling multiple projects and their stakeholders


• Proven and proficient programming skills in Object oriented programming in Python.


• Strong experience in Python data wrangling/analysis using Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, seaborn etc.


• Familiarity with deep learning libraries like Tensorflow, Keras, pytorch


• Ability to sit as well as work at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.


• Understanding and awareness for Data science lifecycle.


• Excellent business communication and excellent relationship management ability and the ability to work across business units within complex organization

Estimated annual compensation range for Belleview, WA are as indicated below:
$105,500 to $200,450
