Responsibilities:
Support residential trade customers
Address sales calls and resolve inquiries
Assist customers at the parts counter and in the warehouse
Provide job quotes and accurate pricing
Utilize CRM system effectively
Collaborate with sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service
Pay Range
$18.71 - $29.92
Qualifications:
0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred
Desire to learn and succeed
Passion for collaboration and customer assistance
Ability to build lasting relationships and make timely decisions
General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills
