TrinityRail is searching for Customer Service Manager in Jonesboro, AR! We provide a complete array of railcar maintenance services. The ideal candidate would enhance the customer experience by optimizing the flow of information throughout the operations process within the shop.
What you'll do:
Responsible for end-end sales, operations & planning processes
Serve as the point of contact between the plants and customers
Review all documents prior to inbound inspection; outbound disposition
Develop standard operating procedures for all costumer-facing processes
Monitor and track shop car turnaround times
Participate in weekly calls with corporate regarding plant activity and car flow updates
Ensure accurate status of all cars in Railcar Rx
Answer questions regarding the status of car flow
Manage all inbound and outbound
Manage the Revenue forecasting
Supervise 3-6 employees directly
Develop alternate method(s) for digitizing car documentation
What you'll need:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years in the transportation/ logistic field
5+ years in the customer service field
Experience managing teams
Highly functional in all Microsoft Office products
Excellent to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
