CHG is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract) that is local to our Durham, NC office to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Acquisition team supports all divisions and levels of leadership, working with hiring teams and leaders to find and hire for their open positions. T his is a temporary contract position with the potential opportunity to convert to a full-time position.

Responsibilities:


  • Carry out routine recruitment support tasks and assist others by following established procedures.

  • Analyze the requirements of a job, attract candidates by using sources such as databases and social media, and screen and select applicants. Source, attract, interview, and filter candidates for open positions at lower and middle levels.

  • Work on attracting, shortlisting, selecting, and appointing suitable candidates for mid-level jobs (either permanent or temporary) within an company.

  • Collaborate regularly with department managers and proactively identify future hiring needs for a given area. Attract and select candidates for mid-level and high-level jobs.

  • Source, screen and submit candidates for various positions

  • W ork collaboratively and creatively to locate and qualify both active and passive candidates with focus on high-volume recruiting

  • Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, and basic qualifications (culture and skill)

  • Work with CHG leadership to identify candidate fit for a variety of specialty teams and assign as needed for hiring events

  • Maintain a high level of candidate outreach for both passive and active candidates

  • Extend offers and communicate declines as needed

  • Attend networking events regularly and p romote company's reputation as best place to work.

  • Identify and maintain a network of industry professionals to enhance our talent outreach efforts for current and future requisitions

Qualifications:


  • Advanced experience recruiting for high-volume positions

  • Advanced understanding and ability to apply various sourcing and recruiting techniques

  • Ability to establish immediate rapport with prospective candidates; creating a candidate-centric relationship

  • Ability to influence candidates to complete online application process , onboarding activities

  • Advanced experience with handling recruiting objections and ability to close a candidate on the job

  • Advanced understanding of the Full Lifecycle Recruitment Process

  • Ability to work on any position at any level within the organization with very limited supervision

  • Advanced experience with handling recruiting objections and ability to close a candidate on the job

  • Strong computer skills - internet sourcing, online CRM or ATS, and all basic MS Office applications

  • Strong understanding of corporate structure

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Poise and patience, coupled with the ability and professionalism to work directly with senior leaders in the company

  • This is a 9-12 month assignment


  • Local to our Durham, NC office and able to work in office at least 2-3 days a week

Education & Experience


  • 5+ years professional recruiting experience

  • Experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, DICE, Indeed Resume, and ZipRecruiter

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms s uch as Workday

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred


  • Human resource experience

  • Senior level recruiting

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $51,700 -- $157,100 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
