Gastroenterology practice in North Carson City is looking for an RN to work in our awesome endoscopy center. We are busy and rapidly growing and looking for a nurse that would love to be a part of our awesome team!
Role Description
This is a Full-time On-Site role located in Carson City, NV, for an Endoscopy Nurse at Carson City Gastroenterology. As an Endoscopy Nurse, You will be responsible for assisting with procedures such as colonoscopies, endoscopies, and other related procedures. You will also monitor patients before, during, and after these procedures, administer medications, and provide post-procedure care and education.
Qualifications
Current unencumbered RN license in the state of Nevada
Minimum of 2 years of experience in endoscopy, gastroenterology, or related field required preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift and move patients
Ability to adapt to new technologies and equipment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to work flexible hours
BLS and ACLS required. If expired, must recertify within 60 days of hire
