BUSINESS FINANCE MANAGERImmediate Need

management/supervision experience? Seeking a professional

Lycoming County Water and Sewer Authority, an independent
operating water, wastewater, stormwater authority with approximately 8,500 accounts and a $7.0M budget, is accepting applications for Business Finance Manager.
This position reports to the Executive Director and is a full-time salaried position responsible for administrative, fiscal, and business operations of the organization. The Business Finance Manager must possess working knowledge of budget development/rate setting,
financial management, cost analysis, and strategic planning, and is responsible for the efficient management of the Administration
Department.
A minimum four-year bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or
related field is required. The candidate must have progressive
experience, and must demonstrate the ability to plan, lead, organize, prioritize, assign, evaluate, and manage their work, and supervise the work of staff, auditors, and outside consultants.
Excellent computer and software skills with a focus on advanced
Excel knowledge is required. Fund accounting and/or cost accounting background is a plus! Successful candidate must be professional in dealing with customers, have excellent verbal and written
communications skills, and be team oriented. The position requires a background check, drug testing and a valid driver's license.
Salary range is $70,000 - $85,000 and is dependent on education,
progressive successful work history, proven reliability in managing higher level responsibilities, accounting and budgetary experience, supervisory/team building skills, and business management
