Job Description:

As a Summer Production Associate, you will operate equipment to manufacture a variety of plastic containers for leading brands. At Plastipak, we take pride in maintaining high quality standards and a positive team culture. In this role, you will gain exposure to various manufacturing practices including production, quality assurance, and safety.

• Earn $16.00/hour


• Summer Schedule – May to August


• Shift Flexibility – Day & Night Shift Available

You Will:

• Operate equipment through various stages of production in a safe manner


• Assure quality standards are always met by inspecting & removing products with visual defects


• Pack products for distribution

• Clean & maintain equipment to assure optimal operating performance


• Grow your knowledge & skills through a wide-variety of training & on-the-job experiences

You Have:

• High School Diploma required; pursuit of Bachelor’s Degree preferred


• Passion for mechanical, electrical, or other technical areas


• Desire to develop a career in manufacturing


• Able to multitask in a fast paced environment
