Job Description:


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking Workday Service Center Support. This role is on site M-F, but candidates can work remote on Fridays if they choose to do so.

Summary:
The Workday Service Center Support is responsible for increasing customer satisfaction and retention by providing members, customers, patients, and providers with great customer service along with accurate, consistent, timely and meaningful information.

Responsibilities:


  • As a Workday Service Center Support, you will be the first point of contact for customers who need help with their computer systems

  • Helping customers solve problems: Guide customers through steps to help them fix issues they're having

  • Passing on complex issues: If a customer has a problem you can't solve, you'll pass it on to a specialist or another team

  • Keeping track of issues: Make sure that customer issues are sent to the right people in the company to get fixed

  • Keeping records: Update customer information and keep track of the problems you've helped solve

  • 24/7 operation; Must be flexible with Scheduling

This role might also involve working with HR data systems and helping with training. You might also be involved when the company upgrades its systems. Remember, the exact duties can vary, so check the job posting for specifics.




REQUIREMENTS:



  • May require experience with HR data systems

  • Familiarity with help desk software, databases, and remote-control tools is often required

  • Excellent communication skills are needed to explain solutions to non-technical users and to communicate effectively with clients

  • Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to identify and resolve issues

  • A strong focus on customer service is essential

  • The ability to diagnose and address user issues effectively is crucial

  • The ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks at once is important






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
